Huntington Park Care Center offers a broad range of rehabilitative services to our residents. In addition to skilled nursing services, Huntington Park Care Center, in partnership with Aegis therapies, provides a comprehensive rehabilitation program for our acute care residents who plan to discharge home, and for our long term residents. Aegis Therapies is one of the most successful contract rehabilitation
companies in the country. Aegis therapists provide rehab services to
residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other health care
settings. Aegis' core service is geriatric rehab, featuring an older-adult Model
of Care, Freedom Through Functionality strength training program, and Rehab
Outcome Measurement.
Aegis' staff of physical, occupational, and speech therapists work closely with Huntington Park Care Center's Nursing and Restorative Nursing staff, to optimize functional outcomes and independence for the residents we lovingly care for every day. |
